Suggestions and tips for preparing our Asparagus Risotto: in a pan, heat a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil or butter with some speck or diced onion (whichever you prefer); you may also add a glass of white wine, but make sure that it evaporates completely. Pour in the ready Asparagus Risotto and toast for about 2 minutes. Ladle in the boiling water, bit by bit, and stir constantly, over low heat, for about 18/20 min; add salt to taste. When cooked, stir in a drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter and, finally, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. You may replace the boiling water with vegetable or meat stock already seasoned with salt. The suggested dose is about 80g per person, so our 300g packets serve 3/4 persons.
