Description Truffle Carpaccio
Our Summer Truffle Carpaccio in water, oil, with seasonings and flavourings, is available in glass jars of various sizes. This ready-sliced truffle preparation is excellent for making hors d’oeuvres or for flavouring rice or pasta dishes and any other truffle-based recipe.
Cooking with Truffle Carpaccio:
Use at room temperature, or lightly heat to preserve its truffle aroma, as a condiment, with its oil, for meat or fish carpaccio dishes (see our suggested recipe), bruschetta, crostini, tagliatelle, tortellini and as a flavouring for any dish. The suggested serving dose is 10-12g per person.
Storing Truffle Carpaccio:
Before opening the jar can be kept at room temperature, in a cool dry place; after opening top with oil, refrigerate and use within a few days.
