Our Premium White Truffle Paste in olive oil, seasoned and flavoured, is available in 30 g and50 g glass jars. This truffle paste is an excellent way to flavour your rice or pasta and meat dishes.
Cooking with Premium White Truffle Paste: lightly heat the paste in a pan with extra-virgin olive oil or a knob of butter or cooking cream (whichever you prefer), blend together and use as a condiment for hot pasta dishes (see our suggested recipe), rice or meat dishes. Do not overheat otherwise the paste will lose its truffle aroma. The suggested serving dose is about 10-12 g of truffle paste per person.
Storing the Premium White Truffle Paste: before opening the jar can be kept at room temperature; after opening, top with a layer of oil and refrigerate.
