Our Black Winter Truffle Paste in olive oil, seasoned and flavoured, is available in 30 g and 50 g glass jars. This truffle paste is an excellent way to flavour your dishes with Premium Black Truffles at a great price.
Cooking with Black Winter Truffle Paste: lightly heat the paste in a pan with extra-virgin olive oil or a knob of butter or cooking cream (whichever you prefer), blend together and use as a condiment for hot rice or pasta dishes or fillet of beef (see our suggested recipe). Do not overheat otherwise the paste will lose its truffle aroma. The suggested serving dose is about 10-12 g of truffle paste per person.
Storing the Black Winter Truffle Paste: before opening the jar can be kept at room temperature; after opening, top with a layer of oil and refrigerate.
