Cooking with our Black Truffle Oil: a ready-to-use condiment that can be used on its own or with fresh truffle or in a sauce to enhance its flavour. It’s great drizzled over hot and cold dishes, but can also be added half-way through the preparation, while overcooking will destroy the truffle aroma. Excellent on fresh or dry pasta, meat and fish dishes, vegetable dishes or creative hors d’oeuvres, such as bruschettas and crostini. It can also be added to fresh pasta fillings and sauces; and it is guaranteed to give that extra kick even to simple recipes such as fried eggs. The recommended dose is 10/15 ml per person, although we suggest you put the bottle on the table and leave your guests to help themselves.
Storing our Black Truffle Oil: store in a cool place away from heat and direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
