Serving our Truffle flavoured Sambuca: a versatile liqueur that can be served in many different and interesting ways: 1) on the rocks or refrigerated to enhance all the aromas involved, especially the winter Truffle; 2) Straight, at room temperature, ideal after a large lunch or dinner; 3) On the rocks, with 3 grains of toasted coffee, to enhance the sweetness and freshness of the liqueur. Chew the coffee grains while savouring the Sambuca; 4) The best possible pairing of Sambuca is with coffee and, in this case, the already perfect marriage of Sambuca and Caffè is further enhanced by the flavour of the Truffle, which creates a truly special balance, one you really should not miss.
Storing the Truffle flavoured Sambuca: keep in the fridge or at room temperature, depending on how you prefer it. Keep the bottle away from heat and direct sunlight.
