Our White Truffle Paste is a very tasty and versatile product for preparing as many truffle-based recipes as you wish: hors d’oeuvres and starters, risottos and pasta dishes, pasta fillings, meat dishes.
How to use our White Truffle paste: gently heat with olive oil or butter, or add to stock, milk or béchamel sauce; heated over low heat, without cooking, it can be used as a condiment for risottos, pasta dishes, like tagliatelle and fettuccine, or as a relish with beef fillets (see the recipe: Fillet with White Truffle Paste) and poultry. It is also excellent as a spread on crostini and bruschettas, or as a filling for pasta. The suggested serving dose is 15 g per person.
How to store our Truffle-flavoured Sauces and Pastes: store in a dry place before opening. Once opened top up with olive oil, keep the jar closed, refrigerate and use within several days.
Ingredients: Premium White Truffles (tuber magnatum pico), Whitish Truffles (tuber borchii vitt.), cream, butter, milk, grana cheese, eggs, salt, starch, aromas.
