Our Asparagus and Truffle Paste has a unique flavour and can enhance the flavour of many simple truffle-based recipes, thanks to a combination of two special ingredients: wild asparagus and whitish truffles (tuber borchii).

How to use our Asparagus and Truffle Paste: ready to use, it is an excellent condiment for pasta dishes (Tagliolini with Asparagus and Truffle Paste and flaked pecorino cheese), pulse soups, cold pasta and a relish for cold meats; it can be used straight from the jar, gently heated with olive oil, or added to stock or cream, as you prefer. The suggested serving dose is about one coffee spoon per person.

How to store out Asparagus and Truffle Paste: store in a dry place before opening. Once opened top up with olive oil, keep the jar closed, refrigerate and use within several days.
