How to prepare our Truffle Pecorino Cheese: excellent as a starter, with wild boar and other cold cuts, truffle honey and fruit or chili pepper preserves. Sliced thinly or into thin shavings, it can be used as a topping for pizzas or a condiment for fresh or dry pasta dishes. Accompanied with cold cuts and other soft or mature cheeses it can also become a main couse. The product tends to shrink over time and should be eaten after removing the crust.
