How to prepare our Black Summer Truffle Fettuccine: cook the fettuccine in lots of salted water for 8/9 min and serve in many different ways: a) with a drizzle of olive oil, a knob of butter or cream to intensify the fragrance and aroma of the truffles (See our recommended recipe: Tasty Fettuccine); b) with olive oil or butter and shavings of Black Summer Truffle sliced directly into the plate with our truffle slicer; c) with one of our truffle sauces or pastes; d) with a truffle-flavoured or fresh tomato sauce. The recommended serving size is about 100g per person.
