Suggestions for cooking with our Walnut and Truffle Paste: it can be served concentrated or added to other ingredients; warm and serve as a condiment for tagliatelle, risottos and pasta dishes in general; it is also an excellent ingredient for making fresh pasta fillings. Warm and spread on crostini, crostoni, bruschettas and other appetizing hors d’oeuvres. Excellent also as a condiment for meat dishes. The recommended serving is 20 g per person.
How to store our Walnut and Truffle Paste: before opening, store in a cool dry place, far from direct heat and light. After opening top up with olive oil, close and refrigerate.
